Together with colleagues and faculty at CBMArts, I presented at the 2021 Association of Arts Administration Educators Conference. In our session ‘Show Me the Data! A Curricular Research Partnership with Field-Wide Impacts’ we speak about the relevance of data-based decision making in the arts, its implications on arts administration education, and the research partnership between CBMArts and the LA County Department of Arts and Culture, that supported the publication of my study ‘Make or Break: Race and Ethnicity in Entry-Level Compensation for Arts Administrators in Los Angeles County.’
